Change Resistance and Fear in Relationship

When people seek counseling they often seek change or answers to their life’s questions. Answers are often easily given, while positive change is harder to achieve especially when you are seeking change in relationship with others. Why people resist change

Primarily because humans are creatures of habit, meaning whether their situation is positive or negative it is something that is comfortable to them.
